Recently, one of our 1-square-meter plate and frame filter presses successfully completed production and testing and was officially loaded and shipped to our customer’s site in Sri Lanka. Standard configuration includes 500-mesh high-precision filter cloth, offering high retention accuracy, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance.
Matching pneumatic diaphragm pump
The pneumatic diaphragm pump shipped with the main unit is used to transport the slurry to be filtered. It requires no electricity, is explosion-proof and safe, and is suitable for complex on-site conditions.

- To ensure the equipment arrives undamaged during sea transport, we adhere to strict packaging and transportation standards.
- Before leaving the factory, a clean water linkage test is conducted to verify the clamping force, holding time, and filter plate sealing.
- Each bolt is checked for tightness, pipe connections, and electrical wiring to ensure there are no loose connections.
- The main unit is secured with a steel-wood composite frame to prevent deformation caused by transportation vibrations. Shock-absorbing rubber pads are added to key areas, and the filter plates are individually wrapped to prevent scratches.
- The entire machine is wrapped with a moisture-proof film and bubble wrap, corner protectors are added to the four corners of the casing, and forklift mounting holes are provided on the bottom for easy loading and unloading.
